RZ 6 is a two-stage rotary-vane pump package designed to generate low ultimate vacuum for laboratory and process applications. The unit includes an oil mist filter FO and an isolation/butterfly valve VS 16 and is intended for tasks such as degassing, lyophilization, fine vacuum distillation and drying chambers. The package operates from a 230 V, 50–60 Hz mains supply and provides high flow rates even at vacuum levels approaching ultimate vacuum.
