Signum Krystal™ MB is a 384-well, square-well assay plate with black opaque walls and a clear F-bottom designed for cell-based assays, imaging and immunoassays. Each well has a working volume of 120 µl and the plate supports both top- and bottom-reading instruments while maintaining the standard ANSI/SLAS footprint. The medium binding surface is intended for passive adsorption of proteins, making the plate suitable for immunoassays and other applications requiring protein binding and low background signal.
