Sero Krystal™ PDL is a sterile, ready-to-use 96-well cell culture microplate coated with poly-D-lysine to enhance cell adhesion and growth. The plate provides a uniform PDL surface coating to promote reproducible cell culture, and is intended for applications such as neuronal cultures, transfected cell lines, glial cells and adherent fibroblasts. Krystal™ clear wells permit high-resolution imaging and use with top- or bottom-reading instruments, and the plate is sealable with adhesive films and heat seals for assay workflow compatibility.
