Porvair Sciences Sero Krystal™ PDL, 384 Well, 120 µl, Square 312001-PDL

Sero Krystal™ PDL is a Poly-D-Lysine coated microplate designed for cell culture and cell-based assays that require enhanced cell attachment in serum-free or low-serum conditions. Manufactured from ultra-pure polystyrene with a Krystal™ optically clear base, the plates are uniformly coated with a 70–150 kDa PDL polymer to create a net positive surface charge that improves electrostatic interactions with cell membranes. The product is supplied sterile and is intended for use with adherent cell lines and primary cells in applications such as proliferation assays, reporter-gene assays, calcium flux, apoptosis assays and cell adhesion studies.
