Pre-scored PTFE/Silicone 96 cap mat for round well plates is a molded cap mat with 96 plugs designed to seal round-well microplates for sample storage and handling. The mat combines a PTFE coating with premium silicone to provide increased chemical resistance and excellent resealability, and is available pre-scored to permit easier needle penetration for autosampler or manual sampling workflows. Typical uses include sealing standard 96-well round microplates to prevent sample evaporation, cross-contamination and to permit repeated piercings without tearing or coring.
