Adhesive Seal qPCR Crystal Trial Sheet is an optically clear, pressure-activated adhesive film supplied in sheet format for qPCR and fluorescence imaging applications. The seal is pressure sensitive and peelable, with adhesive contained in small capsules that release adhesive only where pressure is applied to contact well rims, preserving optical clarity above wells. It is suitable for qPCR fluorescence detection and plate storage, provides DMSO resistance, and is supplied as trial sheets for evaluation and laboratory use.
