Signum Krystal™ 384 Well White glass bottom assay plate with lid (324031) is a 384-well, white assay plate with a glass F-bottom and fitted lid designed for imaging and assay workflows. The plate features a borosilicate glass base bonded to a polystyrene upper body to provide a flat optical plane for whole-plate CCD imaging and laser-detection applications. Typical uses include cell culture, imaging, drug discovery, cancer research and immunology/ELISA assays.

- Format: 384 wells (ANSI-SBS footprint)
- Bottom: Glass F-bottom, 175 µm glass thickness
- Well volume: 120 µL working volume
- Optical: 335 nm UV optical cut-off; very low autofluorescence
- Physical: +/- 30 µm flatness across base; temperature resistance -196 °C to +60 °C
- Features: Alphanumeric well coding; supplied with lid; sealable with adhesive films and heat seals
