The plate has 384 wells with a 120 µl working volume per well, black opaque walls with a clear solid F‑bottom for microscopic viewing, and is supplied with a fitted lid. It is intended for high-throughput assay workflows and automated systems where reduced well-to-well crosstalk and compatibility with top- or bottom-reading instruments are required.
