MicroSnap Total is a two-step, manufacturer-produced rapid test system that delivers same-day total viable count (TVC) results for aerobic bacteria in food and environmental samples. The kit uses a bioluminogenic test reaction quantified with a Hygiena luminometer to convert microbial enzyme activity into a measurable light signal and requires the MicroSnap Total Step 1 Enrichment Device (MS1-TOTAL) and the Step 2 Detection Device (MS2-TOTAL). The product is supplied as a 100-item pack and is intended for production monitoring, environmental testing and quality control to enable faster corrective action or earlier product release.
