Poretics PCTE hydrophilic filter discs are thin, microporous polycarbonate (PCTE) membranes treated with PVP to produce a hydrophilic surface. The membrane captures particles larger than the specified pore size on its smooth, flat surface and is designed for cellular-based filtration assays, blood/sample filtration and other high-purity laboratory filtration applications requiring precise size separation and low extractables. Discs are supplied in a 100 per pack format for laboratory use.
