Supported nitrocellulose transfer membrane sheet, 100 x 100 mm, with 0.45 µm pore size supplied in packs of 10. The membrane is reinforced with an inert support to provide dimensional stability and resistance to cracking, warping or tearing during handling and processing. It is intended for transfer and blotting applications requiring high sensitivity and low background, including Northern, Southern and multiple reprobing workflows, as well as dot/slot blot and colony/plaque lift assays.
