Quantitative ashless filter paper disc designed for slow, high-retention filtrations in analytical laboratories. It provides very slow flow and high retention for critical gravimetric and quantitative analysis, and is suitable for use with Büchner funnels and filtration under pressure. Typical applications include extremely difficult filtrations and recovery of fine analytical precipitates such as barium sulphate and finely precipitated calcium carbonate.
