The Biokar Half-FRASER Broth (complete) is a dehydrated medium used for the selective and differential isolation of Listeria monocytogenes in food, water, and environmental samples. It is based on the formulation described by FRASER and KOOPMAN (1991) and contains inhibitory substances to suppress the growth of other bacteria, enabling the detection of Listeria monocytogenes.
